^{- TERMS/CONDITIONS -

• I retain a Creative Commons License on any and all works commissioned. However, the client may, if they desire, obtain permission from me to use the commissioned work(s) for various things (Website Layouts, Banners, Icons, etc.), as long as the proper credit is given.

• Any and all commissioned fanart is liable to be used by me as prints and other merchandise, as the characters are not the sole property of the client.

• When setting deadlines, please set them at least two weeks ahead of when the works will be needed. That being said, please allow for at least four weeks for completion with a deadline.

• If no deadline is set, the commission will be done as I am free. Please note that I will have other obligations and responsibilities that will keep me from being able to work on the orders.

• In the event that I am unable to complete an order for whatever reason, I will provide for a full refund. This is the only case in which I will give refunds.

Prices are based on the amount of time it takes for completion; In short, you are paying me for my time and effort. I charge approximately $5.00/hour.

What you get: A 4H/2HB sketch scanned at 300DPI and "coloured" (if desired) in OpenCanvas 3.02+.

Prices will be determined on a case-by-case-basis; Generally, though, they'll probably anywhere from $5.00 - $10.00 cheaper, maybe more, depending on the project. I will offer Coloured Pencil and Watercolour, but I will not be able to send the Originals to you, just a high-quality-scan.

- PAYMENT -

I will accept Cash (Preferred), deviantART Subscriptions, and LiveJournal Subscriptions as payment. I am also willing to give out Commissions in exchange for various items that I desire at the moment (Wishlist Items).

I require payment in full before I begin working. For more expensive orders, I will require a 50% down-payment prior to beginning, and the rest once the sketch/ink has been completed.

Miscellaneous Information: (Do you have a deadline? For sketches, is there a specific colour/gradient that you would like me to use, or would you like it as-is? For simple backgrounds, is there a specific colour/gradient/simple pattern that you would like me to use? Is there a general "theme" that you wish to be portrayed, or a simple pose that you would like? etc.)

- PROCEDURE -

1. Fill out the order form above.
2. Either Note, or E-mail me at sakeanih -at- yahoo.com with the completed form.
3. If I accept the order, I will then reply back with a price quote; At this time, you are not obligated to buy.
4. If you are okay with the price stated, and wish to continue on with the order, then you'll tell me so.
5. You send the payment. Once I have received it, I will let you know, and start working.
6. Once the sketch is complete, I will show it to you, and you will tell me any changes or adjustments that you'd like made before I move on to the ink and colour.
7. Once your commission is completed, I will send you a high-resolution copy of it as either a .PNG or .JPG. At this time, you may request for any minor changes to be made.

At this time, I have neither the money nor the means to send to you the sketch or a print of your order.
